We serve undergraduate and graduate students as well as UCSC alumni. Our team provides personalized career coaching and offers a wide range of events, including career fairs, employer info sessions, and skill-building workshops—all designed to help you gain confidence and clarity in your career journey.
Career Success also connects students with valuable on-campus work and internship experiences. We coordinate key programs like the Chancellor’s Undergraduate Internship Program (CUIP). And we manage hiring for on-campus positions and guide student employees through the onboarding process.
