How to subscribe to Arts, Creative & Communications career newsletter
- Log into your Handshake account.
- On the top-right, click on the icon with your initials. Then, click on My career interest.
- On the next page, in the Subscribe to receive industry newsletters section, select the industries that you would like to receive newsletters about to get targeted information on opportunities in those fields.
- At the bottom, click the green Save button.

- Do a Focus 2 assessment to help you discover majors and occupations that match your personal attributes.
- Use the What Can I Do With This Major? website as a starting point to learn what career paths are possible from each major.

Many applications for summer internships are due in January and February.

- Prepare for applications by reviewing our resources for letters of recommendation, personal statements, and curriculum vitae (CV). These resources were developed for graduate school applications but are still applicable to these applications.
