This year's theme was Resiliency, Skills, & Passion: Banana Slugs building a better world. Attendees heard from alumni panelists, had a chance to network with people who were successful in their field, AND ate delicious food!

The conference schedule included:

Formerly known as the Multicultural Career Conference (MCC), 4C was created as a brave space to engage in honest dialogues. The conference is organized annually by a team of students and staff from the Ethnic Resource Centers, the Alumni Association, the Career Center, Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP), Baskin School of Engineering, and Student Success.

Every year, this free event is open to UCSC students of color of all academic class standings.
