Auto Response Email to Students:
- Each ER can contain a customized message that will be emailed to all
students who apply for that ER at the time when they submit the
application.
- This is an optional feature.
- In order for a message to be sent, a sender must be chosen from the
list of staff provided.
- To disable the feature, select "Do Not Send Auto-Response"
from the sender list.
- The message will come from the sender's email address, but their name
is not automatically included.
The Service Team Contact listed on the ER always receives email notices
automatically for the following events:
Supervisor creates an ER
Supervisor edits existing ER
Supervisor or Career Center Expires and ER
Career Center approves an ER
Career Center does not approve ER
Anyone does a Hire action
ER expires
All Staff listed on each ER get an email when a student splits
their work-study allocation between multiple jobs.
Supervisors and any other contact whose name is checked in
the ER will receive email notices every time a new student application
is submitted for that job. Supervisor and Unit contact also receive an
email for each hire action and when an ER expires.
