UCSC's Courageous Career Conversations celebrates its 36th year! Originally called the Multi-Cultural Conference, and then the Communities of Color Career Series, Courageous Career Conversations provides a safe space for students and alumni to engage in honest dialogue on how to navigate their future careers.
