Career Success hosts and co-hosts workshops, fairs, speaker series, on-campus interviews, conferences and more throughout the school year. 

Access Events and Fairs on Handshake

Career Success posts on-campus and virtual events on Handshake, UCSC's officially affiliated career services platform. Career Fairs, webinars, and other official UCSC-hosted events are accessible for registration through Handshake. 

1. Once you've logged into Handshake, click the "Events" tab in the top left of the page. When you click on this tab, you will be able to see all events posted by external employers and Career Success. You can then filter by employer, industry, event type, and more. 
2. To see only UCSC events, click "All Filters" and check the "Only posted by my school" checkbox.

Handshake separates UCSC-hosted events into two sections: Fairs and Events. Career Fairs are events where many employers are looking for student recruits. Employers are available for group presentations or one-on-one sessions. The Upcoming Events section includes all non-fair events hosted by our office, including webinars, workshops, and panels.
