Dean's Certification/Letter
A few Law Schools require a Dean's Certification or Letter. This form requests information on academic standing and any disciplinary action that may have taken place. The form should be sent to your academic preceptor at your college for completion, and not to a divisional Dean. The College Provost signs this letter.
