What is SEEC?

The Student Employment Excellence Certificate (SEEC) is a foundational workshop series made to complement the professional development of undergraduate student employees. SEEC facilitates an outlet to build and reflect upon current experiences, and future career development. SEEC strives to equitably expand upon career-focused experiences for DSAS student employees.

The workshops are intentionally rooted in NACE Career Readiness Competencies to adhere to employment trends and movements. The workshops are designed for students to learn, reflect, practice, and discuss these topics collaboratively. These spaces will provide a foundation for finding meaning in current and past experiences, while expanding students’ access to experiential learning.
